Research on Applications of Satellite Navigation and its Complementary System Equipment for Flight Training

Tadas Masiulionis

Abstract

The thesis explores the satellite navigation systems and possibilities of use for flight training. It includes a discussion of satellite navigation complementary systems: the relevant computer applications featuring satellite navigation receivers, the estimated spatial coordinates of their manipulation of time and the flight speed determination.
The aim is to transfer coordinates of aircraft position and their representation in ground station, in order to simplify the work for Commission of the pilot licensing, taking into account the student-pilot’s ability to fly. The aim is to facilitate the analysis of the flight, using three-dimensional image.
