This paper describes the collaborative decision making (CDM) system. Briefly describe the objectives of the system, levels, and their main features, basic elements of the technology working and benefits of the implementation. A short description of the Munich Airport, Brussels Airport, Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Frankfurt Airport achieved the benefits of the introduction of co-decision-making system of CDM.
